Luxardo's Amaretto di Saschira is an Italian almond liqueur at 28% ABV, produced by Luxardo in Torreglia from an infusion of bitter and sweet almonds.

Luxardo has produced liqueurs since 1821 and is today run by the sixth generation of the family from Torreglia. Amaretto di Saschira is made by steeping bitter and sweet almonds in alcohol, giving the liqueur a deep, aromatic profile with warm spice and marzipan notes, before it is rounded off with a soft sweetness.

The nose is warm and nutty with clear marzipan, vanilla and a hint of spice. The palate is silky and round with a full almond character that glides into an elegant, lightly dry finish without becoming overwhelmingly sweet.
