Lustau Oloroso Don Nuno is an Oloroso Sherry from Jerez, Spain, made from the Palomino Fino grape with an alcohol content of 20%. Unlike the biologically aged sherry styles such as Manzanilla and Fino, Oloroso is aged oxidatively without protective flor, giving the wine a deeper, more concentrated character and a darker colour. Don Nuno is aged at Bodegas Lustau using the classic solera system, where the Palomino Fino grape - which the vast majority of sherry is made from - develops the complexity that defines a well-developed Oloroso over years in cask.

Nose

Inviting on the nose, with bitter chocolate and hazelnuts.

Palate

Full-bodied and complex on the palate, with a beautiful deep golden colour hinting at the long ageing.

Finish

The finish is long and concentrated, with a last nutty tone.
