København Kombucha Rosa Rugosa is an elegant and refreshing kombucha with a creamy texture, a delicate aroma of preserved rosehips and a flavour that evokes the brightness of summer berries. Every sip is lively, floral and full of character.

The Rosa Rugosa flowers used in this variant are grown with great care on a specialised farm in Finland. This unique rose variety is known for its intense floral fragrance and deep berry notes, making the kombucha an excellent choice both as an apéritif and as a companion to desserts and cheese.

It pairs especially well with berry‑based desserts such as strawberry, raspberry and blueberry, where its creamy texture and fine rosehip notes enhance the flavours. The soft, lightly sweet finish also makes it a wonderful match for aged cheeses, blue cheeses and classic vanilla ice cream.
