København Klassisk Gin is a Danish Small Batch Gin from Nordic Gin House, bottled at 46%.
The gin has one of the world's highest juniper contents and is a refined, modern variation on the classic theme.
The distillation process uses micro-vaporisation, a method that brings out the ultimate flavour of juniper and pine in a unique combination, supplemented by coriander, angelica root, thyme, cardamom and liquorice root.
The gin is part of the Nordic Gin House series, a partnership between small local distilleries, sommeliers and mixologists from Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway, and has won more than 60 awards worldwide.
