Isle of Fionia Ultimate Splendour is an organic Danish Single Malt Whisky bottled at 51% as part of the Adventurous Spirit series from Isle of Fionia / Nyborg Distillery. Adventurous Spirit is a series with a nautical theme and maritime names reflecting Funen's coastal culture and the distillery's adventurous approach to whisky making. Made from 100% organic barley and distilled in copper pot stills in Nyborg, Funen.

Nose

Inviting and complex with ripe fruit sweetness, a discreet oak spiciness and a lovely malt base from the organic barley.

Palate

Round and full-bodied at 51% with good weight on the palate. Fruity sweetness and a warm, spiced finish that reflects a whisky with ambitions.
