This Grand Cru is made with star anise and more than 65 different herbs and spices, handpicked in Provence and carefully sourced from around the world. The result is a refined, complex, and aromatic pastis with notes of licorice, anise, herbs, flowers, and warm spices. The taste is balanced and elegant – less sweet and heavy than many traditional pastis, making it fresh and incredibly enjoyable.
