Grifu Lime Gin is an Italian gin from Silvio Carta, bottled at 40%.

The gin is built on thyme, juniper, fennel, sage and lime zest, a botanical composition that gives it its distinct Mediterranean, citrus character.

Unlike the house's cask-aged Old Grifu, this edition remains crystal clear and uncoloured, with citrus as the unmistakable centrepiece.

The combination of lime zest and sage gives a fresh, menthol-like edge that makes the gin particularly suited to cocktails.

Nose

The nose is distinguished by a clear, fresh citrus note reminiscent of lime, alongside balsamic herbal tones that alternate with floral notes of geranium and a slight spicy nuance of green pepper and cardamom.
