Glenfiddich IPA Experimental Series 70cl / 43%Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Distillery BottlingThe whisky is vibrant, with a zesty citrus note followed by soft, sweet vanilla and a hint of fresh hops. Kosher Approved.
In the first experiment of its kind, Malt Master Brian Kinsman collaborated with Seb Jones, an entrepreneurial Speyside brewer, to create a new craft IPA and pioneer the way for a new kind of single malt Scotch whisky. Brewed in bespoke craft IPA barrels, this single malt expression is imbued with unique zesty citrus notes of ripe green apple, William's pear and spring blossom. Complemented by the subtle tang of fresh hops followed by a long lasting sweetness. This malt is proof that remarkable feats can be achieved when great people get together. How to serve: Experiment over ice with a twist of blood orange. About Brian Kinsman: Brain Kinsman, who succeeded David Stewart as Master Blender - who after 47 years at the same distillery has decided to make room for new talent. David Stewart continues his work as Master Blender at Balvenie Brian Kinsman is the 6th Master Blender in the entire history of William Grant's - he was hired in 1997, with a background as a chemical engineer and after 8 years "apprenticing" with David Stewart, he was appointed on December 1, 2009 as Glenfiddich Malt Master and Master Blender for Grant's with responsibility for quality control of råsprit and control of the maturation of the many casks.
