Color: Polished antique mahogany.
Nose: Dark chocolate, honeycomb, and raisin caramel, with hints of muscovado sugar, plum syrup, and glazed almonds.
Taste: Rich cocoa, heather honey, and chocolate raisins, followed by baking spices and molasses, with notes of Black Forest cake, grape must, and fruits from the garden.
