Giffard's William Pear Liqueur is a French fruit liqueur at 25% ABV, produced by Giffard in Angers from William pears.

Giffard is a French family-owned liqueur house from Angers in the Loire Valley, founded in 1885 by the pharmacist and herbalist Émile Giffard, who invented a white mint liqueur with digestive properties. Its success led him to convert his pharmacy into a distillery, and today - five generations later - the house is still family-run, producing more than 60 fruit and herbal liqueurs and syrups for bartenders around the world. The William Pear liqueur is made from ripe William pears, an aromatic pear variety that also forms the basis of the classic Poire Williams eau-de-vie, giving here a softer, sweeter fruit liqueur.
