Giffard Gold Cane Non Alcoholic is a French alcohol-free cocktail base flavoured like golden rum, from the French syrup and liqueur producer Giffard.

Giffard is a French, family-owned liqueur and syrup house from Angers in the Loire Valley, founded in 1885 by the pharmacist and herbalist Émile Giffard. Today - five generations later - the house is still family-run, and alongside its classic syrups and liqueurs, Giffard also produces a range of alcohol-free cocktail bases, developed to recreate the character of classic spirit styles without the alcohol. The bases are made from natural extracts and flavourings, giving bartenders and home users the ability to serve flavour-balanced cocktails - completely alcohol-free.

Taste

The nose recalls a golden rum, with warm notes of vanilla and spice. The palate is warming and spicy with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of black pepper, rounded off by a sweetness with a hint of quince and a light smoky edge.
