    Sixtus – Barrel Aged Imperial Stoutwine

    Sixtus is a unique craft beer, created as a harmonious blend of a powerful Imperial Stout aged in rum barrels and a rich Barley Wine matured in sherry casks. The result is a complex and warming beer with a fine balance between the stout’s deep chocolate notes and the rich malt character of the barrel-aged barley wine.

    The aroma reveals layers of chocolate, figs, caramel, along with subtle nuances of sherry and rum, while the taste is rounded off with a silky sweetness from lactose, vanilla, and cacao nibs. A beer made for slow enjoyment and true indulgence.
