ELG Miniature No 1 is a Danish Dry Gin distilled at Stonge Grange and bottled at 47.2% in a 5cl bottle.

The gin is made exclusively from juniper, coriander seed and Danish carrots, with Henrik Elsner using the whole carrot, including the green tops, in the distillation.

The minimalist approach stands in sharp contrast to most modern gins, which often rely on a dozen botanicals or more, letting the raw ingredients' own character speak instead.
