ELG Miniature No 2 Old Tom is a Danish Old Tom Gin distilled at Stonge Grange and bottled at 46.3% in a 5cl bottle.

The gin is made by first extracting juniper in alcohol for three weeks, after which this extract is added to the full ELG No 1 recipe of juniper, coriander seed and Danish carrots.

The method gives the gin a natural sweetness without using sugar, honey or liquorice root, an unusual approach for the classic Old Tom style.

The small bottle is ideal for getting acquainted with Stonge Grange's minimalist philosophy before investing in a full-size bottle.
