ELG Oak Gin is a Danish Oak-Aged Gin, known as Elg Gin No. 3, bottled at 56.7%.

The gin is built on juniper, coriander seed and Danish carrots and is made by Master Distiller Henrik Elsner.

Just before the gin is poured into the cask, it has been emptied of Oloroso sherry, giving the gin a distinct cask character after 18 months of ageing.

As a limited edition single cask expression, ELG Oak Gin won a silver medal at the IWSC in 2019.
