In the shadow of Edinburgh Castle, this gin is distilled in the Scottish copper pot still called Jenny, where mountain pine and heather give it a distinctly Scottish fingerprint.
Expert's description
Edinburgh Small Batch Gin is a Scottish gin from Edinburgh Gin, bottled at 43%.
The gin is built on 13 classic botanicals, including juniper, citrus peel and coriander seed, supplemented by local notes such as heather and pine buds.
The distillery, founded in 2010, distils in small batches in the Scottish copper pot still Jenny, overseen by master distiller David Wilkinson.
The combination of classic gin botanicals and Scottish landscape notes gives the gin a well-balanced, gently spiced character.
