Edinburgh Seaside Miniature Gin Bottle - try it with lime and mint

In collaboration with Heriot-Watt University, the distillery has created this Seaside Small Batch Gin. The gin is inspired by the coastline to the east of Edinburgh, using unusual ingredients such as bladderwrack, crossbill and kokleare. The taste is slightly sweet, herbal and with a pleasant, umami salty note. Enjoy it neat, in a G&T or in classic cocktails such as Negroni and Tom Collins.
