The box comes from Det Norske Brenneri in Grimstad, founded in 2011 as one of the first private distilleries licensed after Norway lifted its state spirits monopoly in 2005. The distillery today carries on the tradition of Ole Puntervold and has, among other things, created Norway's first single malt whisky.
