Daniel Bouju XO Prince is a French Cognac from Grande Champagne, matured for a full 25 years in new Limousin oak casks and bottled at 40%.

The cognac comes from the small family house Daniel Bouju in Saint-Preuil, where production has been guided by craft rather than volume since 1805. All the colour in the glass comes purely from cask ageing, as the house never adds caramel.

XO Prince is made exclusively from Ugni Blanc grapes and represents one of the house's oldest and most complex expressions, where the long maturation has given both depth and finesse.
