Noix des Pères Chartreux is a French nut liqueur at 23% ABV - an aperitif made from walnuts and released under the Chartreuse Diffusion brand, which markets the products of the monastery's Pères Chartreux.

As with almost everything tied to the Chartreuse tradition, the recipe is secret. We do know, however, that it is made from green walnuts macerated in spirit and subsequently infused with a selection of herbs.
