CERO2 Pure Gin is a Caribbean gin from the Dominican Republic, distilled on a sugarcane base and bottled at 40%.

The distillate is produced directly from sugarcane juice through continuous distillation, then infused with botanicals, primarily juniper and citrus.

The entire production is sustainable: the distillery burns sugarcane biomass for its own energy, CO2 from fermentation is captured and reused in local Danish soft drinks, and the bottles are shipped to Europe by sailing ship.

The bottle is made from 96% recycled glass, underlining CERO2's overall focus on minimal impact throughout the production chain.
