CERO2 Chinola Gin is a Caribbean gin from the Dominican Republic, distilled on a sugarcane base and bottled at 40%.

The distillate is made directly from sugarcane juice through continuous distillation, then infused with botanicals, primarily juniper, citrus and chinola passion fruit.

Local sugarcane biomass is burned for the distillery's own energy, while CO2 from fermentation is captured and reused in local soft drinks.

The gin is shipped to Europe by sailing ship and bottled in 96% recycled glass, giving it a markedly lower climate footprint than conventional gin.
