Casoni Sambuca is an Italian aniseed liqueur from the Casoni distillery, bottled at 38% ABV.

The Casoni distillery was founded in 1814, when Giovanni Casoni opened a small liqueur factory in Finale Emilia in the province of Modena, and the house was among the first producers of sambuca in Italy. The company is today run by the Casoni family and is among Italy's largest liqueur producers, with an annual output of more than 25 million bottles.
