Ardbeg Smoketrails Napa Valley Edition is an exclusive single malt whisky that combines Ardbeg’s signature peat smoke with the influence of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon casks. This edition is part of the Smoketrails series, designed to explore new dimensions of flavor through innovative cask selection.  

The whisky is matured in a combination of classic ex-bourbon casks and Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks from Napa Valley, resulting in a rich and full-bodied profile. The interplay between peat smoke and the fruity notes from the wine casks creates a whisky with depth and complexity. The aroma offers intense smoky notes, dark berries, and subtle spices. The taste is full and well-balanced, where peat smoke meets ripe fruits, oak, and a gentle wine sweetness. The finish is long and persistent, with an elegant combination of smoke and tannins that provide a rounded and complex conclusion.
