    Expert description

Golden Moon Distillery was founded in 2008 by Stephen Gould and Karen Knight in the town of Golden, Colorado. While researching the distillery, Gould discovered that his own grandfather had made applejack and gin during Prohibition in a hidden room beneath the kitchen of the hotel he owned.
