  Altes Schlosschen Sparkling Blanc Alkoholfri is an Alcohol-Free Sparkling Wine from Germany made from a blend of white grapes, including Kerner and Muscat, with an alcohol content of 0%. The wine is made to deliver an authentic sparkling wine experience without the percentages, and the bubbles are achieved through controlled carbonation that mimics the fine, persistent mousse known from regular sparkling wine. It is an alcohol-free alternative intended for the same occasions as champagne and prosecco.

  Turm-Zero is Altes Schlosschen's answer to the still white wine without the percentages - a wine that does not try to be anything other than itself, just without the alcohol.

  Expert's Description

  Altes Schlosschen Turm-Zero is an Alcohol-Free White Wine from Germany made from Kerner and Muscat with an alcohol content of under 0.5%. The wine is made by first fermenting the grapes into a regular white wine, after which the alcohol is gently removed to best preserve the grapes' natural aroma and character. The Kerner grape, a cross between Trollinger and Riesling developed in 1929, combined with the aromatic Muscat grape, together give a wine with clear fruitiness and a light, mineral undertone.
