On 20 and 21 March at 18.00 we have the pleasure of serving an exclusive four-course dinner including drinks in our welcoming premises in Sjølund.

Jan Ohrt will be cooking pumpkin, king prawns, quail and honey desserts from our cookbook Mad med Promiller, while Olsen and Ulrik look after you.

The ticket price is set at 350 kroner all inclusive, of which at least 250 kroner goes to the work of the Danish MS Society. The number of guests is limited to 12 per evening, so the tickets will go fast.

All you have to do is scan the QR code below and send the amount matching the number of tickets you want (plus the names of the guests). You will then receive confirmation and a menu by text as soon as possible.

About the cookbook: Mad med promiller
Over the spring, the two owners of the largest spirits shop in the Nordics, Ulrik Bertelsen and Henrik Olsen, worked on realising a dream years in the making. With help from a good friend of the house, Jan Ohrt, the book Mad med Promiller #1 is now a reality, and it was presented on Saturday 5 August 2023 at an informal launch in the more than 400 m²shop at Vejstruprødvej 15 in Sjølund.

The project came about with generous support from some of the shop's suppliers, and the idea is that it is given away free to customers every time they buy a bottle featured in the book, whether that happens in the shop or from the webshop. The book is printed in 1,000 copies and no more will be made, so it is probably best not to wait too long.
