Riedel Veritas Old World Syrah is a set of two machine-blown red wine glasses from the Austrian glassmaking house Riedel, made from crystal glass and shaped for peppery, savoury Old World Syrah, such as from the Rhône Valley. The glass belongs to Veritas, Riedel's newest and thinnest machine-blown collection.

Design & Material

The bowl is wide enough to soften Syrah's tannins and spicy character, while the tapered rim holds on to the characteristic notes of black pepper and dark berries. The glass shares its basic shape with the rest of the red wine range but is fine-tuned for this specific grape.
