    Serve it at 8-10 degrees. With its high alcohol content and deep flavor, this Fino is one of the few wines that can match oysters in both aroma and strength without being overwhelmed by their intense aftertaste.
    Bodega Rey Fernando Castilla. The bodega was founded in 1837. They are considered to be among the absolute top producers in the area. Fernando de Castilla Classic Sherry Bodega Rey Fernando Castilla The goal at Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla has been to produce the absolute best sherry and brandy in the area since its inception in 1837. They make a wide range of sherry types - from the juicy and elegant types such as Fino and Manzanilla to the legendary Antique sherries such as Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximenez. On the Brandy front, they exclusively produce Solera Reserva and Solera Gran Reserva which, after aging in new French and American oak barrels, are aged for many years in barrels previously used for the finest sherries. The bodega also has a very small production of the most intense sherry vinegars in the area.
