Summer Mead is a fresh, thirst-quenching, and wine-like mead, where the classic honey sweetness takes a gentle backseat. Instead, a crisp, floral acidity shines through, accompanied by subtle bitter notes from walnut and rhubarb.

Both aroma and flavour offer complexity, with delicate nuances of unripe fruit, resin, and flower pollen – a refreshing and elegant mead that both surprises and seduces.

Best enjoyed well chilled – even over ice – on the terrace, in the garden, or as a unique alternative to rosé.
