Jack Daniel's Honey starts from Jack Daniel's classic Tennessee Whiskey and adds natural honey flavour on top. Jack Daniel's Distillery was founded in 1866 by Jasper Newton "Jack" Daniel in Lynchburg, Tennessee, and is officially registered as America's first distillery. All production still happens on the same site, where the whiskey is filtered drop by drop through nearly 3 metres of sugar maple charcoal before going into new, charred oak barrels — the Lincoln County Process that defines Tennessee Whiskey.

The result is a sweeter, more approachable take on the brand's style, meant to be enjoyed on the rocks or in cocktails rather than neat like the core range.
