Inside Hendrick's Cabinet of Curiosities sit the brand's most experimental releases, and Grand Cabaret is the distiller's tribute to the fruit eaux-de-vie stalls of 17th-century Paris.
Expert's description
Hendrick's Grand Cabaret is a Scottish gin built on Hendrick's classic base and infused with stone fruit, sweet herbs and rose, bottled at 43.4%.
The gin launched in March 2024 as a limited release under the guidance of Hendrick's Master Distiller Lesley Gracie. It draws on historic fruit eaux-de-vie enjoyed in 17th-century Paris, building on Hendrick's signature combination of cucumber and rose.
The result is a bold, playful twist on the classic Hendrick's profile, where bright stone fruits meet sweet herbs, while cucumber and rose tie the gin back to the rest of the Hendrick's family.
