Named after the stage where the vine sets fruit, this gin blends a refined neutral spirit distilled from Trebbiano grapes with 14 botanicals from the Cognac region.
Expert's description
G'Vine Nouaison Gin is a French grape gin, bottled at 45%.
The gin is distilled from a base of Trebbiano grapes rather than grain, giving it a softer, fuller character than classic grain-based gin.
The base is blended with 14 botanicals and spices, including sandalwood, Java pepper and vetiver, giving a complex, woody warmth.
The name Nouaison references the stage in the vine's growth cycle when the newly opened flowers transform into grapes.
