Coffee, cinnamon and vanilla pods - it sounds like a recipe for Christmas cake, but it's actually an Imperial Porter from Fanø, brewed to celebrate another year gone by.

Expert description of Fanø Bryghus Imperial Jule Porter

Imperial Jule Porter is a spiced Imperial Porter at 9.8% from Fanø Bryghus, brewed with coffee and cinnamon and then aged on whole Arabica coffee beans and Polynesian vanilla pods. The result is a beer with clear, warm aromas of cinnamon, chocolate and coffee, where vanilla intertwines with coffee and cinnamon in the taste.

Fanø Bryghus is located on the West Jutland island of Fanø, where the North Sea and the island's raw nature are a clear part of the brewery's identity. The brewery makes everything from classic, golden lagers to barrel-aged specialties, and has won several awards for its craft.
