Eden Mill Hop Gin is a Scottish Gin from Eden Mill in St. Andrews, bottled at 46%.

The gin is distilled with juniper, angelica root and coriander seed, joined by Australian hops as the central, defining ingredient.

The combination gives the gin a mild golden colour, along with a wonderful acidity and light sweetness from the hops.

The gin bridges the gin and beer traditions and is a result of Eden Mill's experimental approach to distilling.
