The blend consists of three Jamaican white rums, where 80% is distilled through a combination of pot and column still, while the remaining 20% is pure Jamaican pot still rum. The result is a full and fruity rum carrying the rich, funky character Jamaica is known for. East London Liquor Company was founded in 2014 by drinks veteran Alex Wolpert and is based in a former glue factory complex at Bow Wharf, London.
