The city's team has joined forces with the city's distillery. F.C. Copenhagen and Copenhagen Distillery have together created Byens Gin as a tribute to Copenhagen and everything the club and the city stand for.

Byens Gin is a Danish gin made in the London Dry style with a personal twist, bottled at 45%.

The gin comes from Copenhagen Distillery in Kløvermarken, where the distillery's Master Distiller developed the recipe specifically for the collaboration with F.C. Copenhagen. Alongside the obligatory juniper, the gin is set with bay leaves, cranberries, lemon, quail and allspice, while clover flower and dandelion - without the yellow flower head - round off the flavour.

Each bottle is unique and hand-numbered by the award-winning distillery, located in the heart of Copenhagen.

Tasting notes

Nose

Citrus and bay leaf meet a lightly sweet note of cranberry and a herbal undertone.

Palate

The palate is complex, with juniper as the base, while bay leaf, cranberry and allspice add a spiced, lightly sweet layer.

Finish

The finish is herbal and lightly bitter, with a last trace of dandelion.
