Casa Don Ramón Platinium Reposado Cristalino is a Mexican Reposado Cristalino Tequila from Jalisco, made from 100% blue agave and bottled at 35%. The tequila comes from Casa Don Ramón, a distillery founded in 1996 as a wholly Mexican company rooted in Los Altos de Jalisco, where the red highland soil and the region's full-bodied agave plants leave their mark on the flavour. After double distillation, the tequila rests on American and French oak barrels before a thorough filtration process strips away most of the golden colour again, leaving a crystal-clear spirit with a faint straw tint. Both this Reposado Cristalino and the house's Añejo Cristalino have won Double Gold medals at international spirits competitions.
