Can be used as a popular welcome drink when our Queen gives her New Year's speech. It will give your cava a fresh twist of sweetness and recall the Danish summer.

Ingredients

:

• 4 parts Nitrus Cava Brut Reserve


• 1 part Fary Lochan Strawberry liqueur


• Fresh Strawberries

Procedure:

Find your cocktail glass from Riedel. Open your Cava - watch the video below on how to open it perfectly. Top the Cava with strawberry liqueur.
A fresh strawberry is added to the glass as a garnish.

The beautiful color is light yellow with green tones and fine persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and fruity with good intensity. The taste is warm, pleasant and round, with a long finish. Good structure in the mouth, fresh and with a long and soft aftertaste. Clean, complex and dry finish.
