The gin is a small batch gin created to celebrate the citrus fruits of the Murcia region in south-eastern Spain.

The citrus fruits are hand-picked, hand-peeled and sun-dried, which brings out the delicate sweetness of orange, mandarin and lemon.

Together with juniper and the other classic Bombay Sapphire botanicals, this gives the gin a distinct citrus character.
