Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin is an English London Dry Gin, vapour-infused and bottled at 40%.

The gin is distilled in a Carterhead still, where botanicals are suspended above the spirit and gently infused by alcohol vapours, yielding a softer extraction than direct boiling.

The recipe is built on 10 botanicals: almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb and grains of paradise.

This 100cl edition is a classic gin offering plenty of juniper on the nose combined with fresh citrus.
