Boann Distillery filled these casks with a Single Pot Still distillate made from malted barley, unmalted barley, oats and rye, all Irish grains grown locally. The distillate is triple distilled, giving a cleaner and more rounded base character, before the finishing marsala cask adds body and sweetness.
