The whisky was distilled on 31 December 1999 and bottled on 7 January 2020 by the independent whisky merchant Adelphi Selection, whose manager Alex Bruce and whisky writer Charles MacLean together approve fewer than 4% of the casks they taste. This bottle marks FC Whisky's 20th anniversary, and with only 175 bottles from a single cask, it's a rare chance to taste Arran through one of Scotland's most discerning independent bottlers.
