After a break, the 14-year-old is back in Arran's standing range — now in a more refined form that shows the distillery's island style from a new angle.
Bourbon maturation supplemented by an exclusive share of Palo Cortado sherry casks.
Expert Description
Arran 14 Year Old is an Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky matured mainly in bourbon casks with a share of Palo Cortado sherry casks, bottled at 46%.
The combination of the two cask types gives an elegant balance of sweetness, fruit and maritime notes, without drowning out Arran's natural character. The whisky is bottled non-chill filtered and with natural colour, marking a welcome return of this age group to the distillery's core range.
