"Alt om vin had invited the industry to send their best suggestions for wines that match the classic leg of lamb with rosemary and garlic. We found many wines that were a great match between price, quality and match to the Easter lamb. Flattering generous delicious fruit of plums and bright cherries. Smooth wine and spicy wine with a nice and long finish of salt and graphite. Top harmonious wine. Great match for leg of lamb"

CALIFORNIAN STRAWBERRIES

"Californian Pinots are many times as expensive as those from Burgundy, which is partly due to the high dollar exchange rate. H.J. Hansen has managed to get this delicious Pinot Noir (without year) home at a very nice price. Freshly picked strawberries and strawberry porridge, southern French (!) herbs and a little freshly ground pepper in nose and taste. Very fine and nice wine for the price. However, there is also some sweetness here, so serve it cool - perhaps with grilled, well-seasoned tuna"
