Warner's Raspberry Harrington Gin is an English fruit gin from Warner's Distillery, made with fresh raspberry and blackberry juice and bottled at 40%.
A third of every bottle consists of fresh raspberry and blackberry juice, along with elderflower hand-picked from the farm's own hedgerows.
Base botanicals include juniper, coriander seed, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, angelica root, orange peel and lemon peel.
The combination of fresh berries and classic London Dry style makes the gin naturally sweet yet still fresh and tart, with a ruby red colour entirely free of artificial colouring.
Tasting notes
Nose
The nose bursts with ripe, juicy raspberries and home-cooked jam with a hint of bramble vines.
Palate
The palate is full of raspberry coulis melding with fresh, tart blackberries and juniper.
Finish
The finish offers elderflower and blackcurrant with a soft, lingering end.
