Stauning have taken their award-winning Stauning KAOS Triple malt whisky on a 'round-the-world' voyage across the Atlantic to the Caribbean and Pacific. The journey begins with Stauning KAOS, which is a vatting of their three malted whiskies, Stauning Rye, Stauning Barley and Stauning Smoke.

Only 3,577 bottles of this Limited Edition have been bottled, and with each bottle you get the feeling of landing on a distant tropical island, where your nose is hit by tobacco and vanilla, coconut and campfire smoke.

Stauning The whisky is as you already know it, brewed from locally grown grain, malted on the floor and double-distilled over an open fire in small copper pot stills.

The whisky has been aged for the first three years in new American oak barrels and First Fill Maker's Mark casks, and then rounded off with 18 months in rum casks from Fiji, Cuba and Barbados. The result is a complex, rich and harmonious terroir whisky with a hint of adventure and pickled exotic fruits.
