Israel's first single malt distillery imports peat from far away and lets the Israeli sun mature every cask.

    Expert description

Milk & Honey Elements Peated is an Israeli Single Malt Whisky matured in oak casks. Milk & Honey Distillery was founded in 2012 in Tel Aviv and was Israel's first commercial whisky distillery, with its first bottles released in 2018. The name comes from the biblical description of Israel as the land 'flowing with milk and honey'. The Elements range is the distillery's core lineup, with the Peated expression made from imported peated malt, while Israel's warm climate and wide temperature swings significantly accelerate maturation compared to traditional whisky regions.
