Big Dipper Gin is a tribute to the childhood memory of the traveling fairground created by That Boutique-Y Gin Company. The rides, the candyfloss machines, the popcorn, the trampled grass had just dirt spots, the heat, the lights and not least the noise. The scent consists of grass, cardamom, floral and oily smoke. The taste brings back sweet and soft memories, where the notes, citrus, cocoa and butter popcorn create a completely unique gin.

Then gentian tincture and lemon distillate are added to add the bitterness back in. Finally, a touch of Angostura Bitter is added to each bottle to create the delicate pink color.
