All the botanicals are infused separately at room temperature for fifteen days and then distilled together at the same time. The distillation takes place in two 100 liter World War II copper stills, giving the gin a unique flavor and smoothness. The strawberries are infused into the distilled gin for flavor and texture, which also releases their color pigments. Combine the gin with dry tonic or lemon.
